Due to my performing schedule, please be prepared for an approximate turnaround time of three months for most orders. This is an estimate, and may vary depending on my schedule and the details of the requested garment. Details requested in the form linked below help me determine if I am able to accomidate to your request or not, and I reserve the right to turn down any requests that I deem unfeasible.

Please note I am unable to provide express services at this time. If you have a deadline, this must provided before placing your order. Deadlines given after your order has been placed will not be honoured. In my reply, an estimated quote will be provided based on the information you provide in your completed enquiry form.

To secure your order/booking, I first require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your initial quote. Once the funds have cleared, I will order the materials and fabric required, then begin drafting the patterns based off the measurements provided. Please note that expected delivery times of materials may vary depending on suppliers, and I will provide tracking updates on fabric where I can. If my supplier has an estimated delivery time that can be supplied before placing any orders, I will inform you of this before requesting your deposit.

Please ensure your measurements are as accurate as possible so I can ensure I've ordered enough fabric and materials. If an additional order of fabric or materials is deemed necessary, you will be consulted before I do so, and additional charges will apply if you decide to go ahead.

Depending on my schedule, customers in the Perth metro area are welcome to come for an obligation free fitting at my West Perth location at no extra cost. If you would like for me to come to you, a travel fee of $1 per km will apply. I kindly require travel fees be paid in advance to protect me in the event that you choose not to go ahead with the project.

I will notify you once I receive the fabric/materials and keep you as updated as possible on the process via the chosen communication channel.

For customers outside the Perth metro area, shipping can be arranged at an additional cost to cover postage and handling.

For customers within the Perth metro area, pick up can be arranged from my West Perth location where an additional fitting can be done to ensure everything is to your liking and to your measurements. Additional changes and alterations can be requested at an additional fee. To avoid additional fees, please ensure you provide your most accurate measurements.
